A.R.T.'s Guys of the Triad 2008 Calendar!

Tim Rice, Owner of TWR Photographery of Cary NC is our photographer and Tim has donated his companies services to Alternative Resources of the Triad. TWR Photographery does a great quailty work, Tim is a great photographer and with Tim's help in doing our new edition of A.R.T.'s Guys of the Triad 2008 Calendar it will be another great calendar and another great adventure for everyone to be a part of. We Need Your Help:
Alternative Resources of the Triad is now looking for Male Models to do the next edition of A.R.T.'s Guys of the Triad 2008 Calendar!
We are asking for people to volunteer to be Calendar Models. Don't be surprised if you are asked to models in the 2008 Calendar edition.
We are looking for Hot, Sexy and fun guys to model from the Triad area..

When:
All models will be scheduled for a photo shoot by appointments only. If the model misses the time frame that was scheduled to them then we will try to work the model in at some point during that day. If that is not possible we will reschedule a new appointment with you. Please be on time for your set appointments.
Where:
All Models will meet at the Biltmore Greensboro Hotel that is located at 111 West Washington Street in Downtown Greensboro NC 27401. The Biltmore Hotels telephone number is 336.272.3474 to inquire on directions. Go to the front desk and let them know you are there as part of the photo shoot that is taken place. They will let us know that you have arrived for your appointments.
Calendar Theme:
The theme of the 2008 calendar is "Living Out Loud ".
What type of photos will be taken:
All models will have many pictures taken of them during their photo shoot. Each photoshoot can take up to two hours per model. All models may be requested to pose semi nude. All models must be a minimum of 18 years or older in age at time of being photographed. No "X" rated photo's will be taken at any time. If you ahve problems showing your face or more please do not apply.
Who Can Model:
We welcome everyone to come and tryout for the 2008 Calendar. We welcome everyone and anyone. We are looking for all body types,
couples are wanted for a couple photo and we are looking for guys of every age. We are looking for everyone to come and try out for the calendar.
What Type of Model Are We Looking For :
We are looking for a variety of guys. We are looking for guys of all color, body shape, guys of different heights, guys that are hairy or smooth, guys of all ages, guys with long/short hair or guys that are bald, We are looking for models that are single or that is in a relationship or guys to model as a couple. There is no certian type of guy that we are not looking for to be in the calendar. We want them all! Come and join us for this years calendar project.
I am sorry to say that there is only twelve spots for models plus one of the models will be used to be on the front cover of the 2008 calendar. We will have a committee that will choose the models that will be placed in the calendar. The committee will be members of Alternative Resources of the Triad Board of Directors. The Committees names will not be released at any time to any person. The final say of who is in the calendar will be that of the Committee itself. This is a hard choice to make of who to chose and who not to chose when everyone is more than able to be a Calendar Model.
The Committee will deceide on what month to place the volunteer models in the calendar and they will deceid who to use as the cover model.
Cover Model:
Each model will have a speical series of pictures taken that will be submitted to the committee for them to choose the front cover picture.
Release Date of the 2008 Calendar:
A.R.T.'s Guys of the Triad 2008 is planned to be released to the public on August 15, 2007.
Models Will Receive:
All models will receie the photo from the A.R.T.'s Guys of the Triad 2008 Calendar on a cd in January 2008. The photos will be placed on to a CD/DVD and mailed to you. Photo's can not be released earlier. All Photo's are copyrighted to Alternative Resources of the Triad and will remain the property of Alternative Resources of the Triad. All photos may not be used wihtout written permission from Alternative Resources of the Triad at any time.
For all models that are placed in to A.R.T.'s Guys of the Triad 2008 Calendar Edition will receive one complimentary copy of the calendar at the time of the release of the calendar. You will also be provided your copy of all the picture from the photo shoot in January 2008.
Promotion of the Calendar:
All models give permission that any and all photos may used in the promotion of Alternative Resources of the Triad A.R.T. Guys of the Triad 2008 Calendar Edition. ART has the right to use your photos on posters, via internet, mailings or any others method that is deemed as promotional for calendar sells. A.R.T has full copy right to all photos that will be taken at all time. Any use of the photos must have written permission form A.R.T for any and all use.

Rules and Regulations for Models:
1- All Models must be 18 years of age or older.
2- All Models must be Gay, Bisexual or Transgender (female to male).
3- All Models must sign a release form before being photographed and must present avalid photo ID.
4- All Models will be photographed shirtless.
5- All Models must live in the Triad area of NC. You may attend one of the colleges here (Now) in the Triad (that counts as living here).
6- All models must show thier face completely to be in the calendar. No exceptions will be made. If the model does not want to show their face in the calendar then the photo shoot will end at that time for that model.

Suggestions for Calendar Models in preparing for the Photo-shoot:
1- Do not use deodarant that is not clear in color. It will show up in the photo's (use clear only).
2- Bring a Robe with you and sandels.
3- Please shower before attending the photo-shoot.
4- Please do not wear anymake up. This will cause problems for the photographer after the photo-shoot.
5- If yo bring another person with you besure to let them know t obe patient. The photography part can take a while.
6- Alternative Resources of the Triad will provide beverages and snacks during the photo shoots to you. If you require a special type of beverage or snack please bring the items with you.
If any company would like to have a model photograhed in their store or company then please email us and let us know. We will give
you special thanks on the back cover of the 2008 calendar. There is no charge for you to allow a model to be photographed in your business.
